Dabba Gosh Masala

METHOD:- (1) Cook mutton or chicken with 1 cup water. (2) After that take out stock or soup from it and cool it. (3) Mix all vegetables and 1/2 packet of MA’SPICES DABBA GOST MASALA in it and mix well. (4) Mix 1 egg in this mixture. (5) Now take non stick pan add oil, remaining MA’SPICES DABBA GOST MASALA, mutton mixture and spread it. (6) Put butter and spread egg and put round pieces of tomato. Cook on slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Now Dabba gost is ready to eat. Serve with tomato sauce or chatany.

INGREDIENTS: WHITE PEPPER, BLACK PEPPER, RED CHILLIES, GREEN CHILLIES, CUMIN, KAJU, COURNFLOUR, MONOSODIUN GULTAMATE, SUGAR, KASURI METHI, GARLIC POWDER, SEASAME SEEDS, MUSKMELON SEEDS, WHITE FLOUR (MAIDA), TURMERIC, SALT.
