Chicken Manchurian Masala

METHOD:- (1) Marinate 250 gms.of chicken in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chilli paste, 1 beated egg, 1 tsp.of chilli powder, 2 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of cornflour and 1 tsp OF MA’SPICES CHICKEN MANCHURIAN GRAVY – fry it – and keep it aside. (2) Mix the MA’SPICES CHICKEN MANCHURIAN GRAVY with 2 tbsp water to form a paste and keep it ready. (3) Now take oil in a pan and saute – 1 cup of diced vegetables (Onion, Carrot and Capcsicum) and cook for 3 mins. Add the MA’SPICES CHICKEN MANCHURIAN GRAVY, 1 tbsp. of soya sauce and the manchurian balls to it and cook till done. Your CHICKEN MANCHURIAN is ready to serve

INGREDIANTS: DRY RED CHILLI POWDER, CHILLI FLAKES. SHEZWAN CHILLI, GARLIC POWDER, ONION, CUMIN, CORIENDER, PEPPER, CORNFLOUR, SUGAR, TOMATO POWDER, SOYA SAUCE POWDER, DRY PAPAYA POWDER, FLAVOUR ENHANCER ACIDIFYING AGENT SALT.

STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE. AFTER OPENING TRANSFER THE CONTENTS IN A CONTAINER
