Korma Masala

METHOD (1) Marinate Chicken or Mutton in Ginger-Garlic and 2 tb. sp. of MA’SPICES KORMA MASALA and keep it a side. (2) Mix well the remaining MA’SPICES KORMA MASALA in Curd. (3) Heat oil, saute onion till golden brown, add tomato, add marinated chicken in it fry for 5 minutes. Then add curd mixture, saute till oil is separated. (4) Add 2 to 3 cups of water and cook well for 20-30 mins. till gravy become thick. (5) Serve hot, decorate with Coriander leaves. Note: In Mutton cook Gurda, Kalegi with this Masala.10 ONLY

INGREDIENTS:- RED CHILLIES, CUMMIN, GARAM MASALA, PEANUTS, BAY LEAVES, NIGELLA SEEDS, FENNEL, SALT.
