Chinese Aloo

METHOD (1) Marinate Aaloo with 1 full packet of MA’Spices CHINESE AALOO MASALA and 1/2 cup of water mix well. (2) Heat oil in non sticks pan, add Aaloo mixture and cook for 2 minutes. (Decorate with coriander leaves and serve.)

INGREDIENTS: RED CHILLIES, MONO SODIUM GLUTAMATE, MUSTARD SEEDS, SALT, DRY MANGO POWDER, CORIANDER, CUMIN, FENNEL SEEDS, GARLIC POWDER, GREEN CHILLIES POWDER, CLOVES, STAR ANISE, SCHEZWAN PEPPER, CINNAMON, BLACK CARDAMOM.
