Kaleji Masala

METHOD: (1) Wash the kaleji (mutton liver), chop it in small pieces and rinse it in a sieve. (2) Marinate the kaleji for 2 hour in ½ packet MA’SPICES KALEJI MASALA and 12 lemon juice. (3) Take some oil in a non-stick pan and cook finely chopped onion till it is golden brown. (4) Cook finely chopped tomatoes with the remaining MA’SPICES KALEJI MASALA. (5) Cook the marinated kaleji, add ½ cup water in it and heat it for 10 to 15 minutes at low heat. (6) Serve hot and delicious masala kaleji garnished with coriander.

INGREDIENTS: RED CHILIES, CORIANDER, CUMIN, BLACK CARDAMON, SCHEWAN PEPPER, TURMERIC, BLACK PEPPER, CINNAMON, BAY LEAF, GINGER, ONION POWDER, KASURI METHI, STAR ANISE, SAFFRON, GREEN CARDAMON, BAY LEAVES, SALT.
