Kari Masala

METHOD:- (1) Heat 5 tb sp. oil in a pan and gently saute the marinated chicken till tender – keep aside. (2) Heat 2 to 3 tbsp. oil in another pot add. MA’SPICES KARI MASALA and roast on low flame until it changes slight colour and gives aroma. (3) Add coconut milk and lime juice bring it to a boil. (4) Add the chicken / mutton and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. (5) Your aromatic kari is ready to Serve.

INGREDIENTS: (ALL POWDER FORM) RED CHILLIES, CUMIN, BLACK PEPPER, SALT, GINGER, GARLIC, CORIANDER, PEANUTS, BAY LEAVES, STAR ANISE, CLOVES, BLACK CARDAMOM, SCHEZWAN PEPPER, SEASAM SEEDS.
