Chicken Chilli

METHOD: (1) Clean the chicken and marinate it in ginger-garlic paste eggs and MA’SPICES CHILLY CHICKEN MASALA for 1 hour (2) Fry the chicken and keep it aside. (3) Heat the oil and fry ginger and garlic pieces for some seconds. (4) Then add capsicum, onion and chillies and fry them a bit. (5) Add the chicken chunks and mix it well. (6) Then add all the sauces and simmier it on high flame for some seconds. The chilly chicken is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS: (ALL POWDER FORM) TURMERIC,

RED CHILLIES, CORNFLOUR, AJI NO MOTO, BLACK PEPPER, SCHEZWAN PEPPER, CORRIANDER, SALT.
