Chicken Chingari

METHOD: (1) Marinate Chicken With Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli Paste. 1tbsp MA’SPICES CHICKEN CHINGARI MASALA and Mix Well. (2) Heat 12 Cup Oil Saute Marinated Chicken, Add 2 Cup Water and Boil It. (3) Heat Oil In Vessel. Squeeze Out Water From Grated Onion and Saute For 10 Min. Add Tomato Paste Mix Well. (4) Add remaining MA’SPICES CHICKEN CHINGARI MASALA Saute for a While then add Chicken Pieces fry it for 10 min. Then Add stock into gravy cook well, till becomes thick. (5) serve hot, garnish with coriander leaves.

INGREDIANTS:- (ALL POWDER FORM) CLOVES, GARLIC

POWDER, CORN FLOUR, SALT, TURMERIC, RED CHILLI POWDER, CUMIN SEEDS, CORIENDER SEEDS, STAR ANISE, FENUGREEK LEAVES, FENUGREEK SEEDS, GREEN CHILLI POWDER, GREEN CARDAMOM, SUGAR, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
